In fact, when I asked what her favorite part of our 7 day vacation was, she didn't pick Dollywood, Splash Mountain, Dixie Stampede, Go-karts or the Aquarium. They contacted me immediately after purchase to verify information and to have me complete the process by sending a photo. They were helpful in guiding me through the process to get the best outcome. They followed up with another contact letting me know the photo worked well and the order was complete and in the mail. It came very quickly just a few days after order was placed. I then ordered one of the same items from Connie. She sent back a nice letter explaining that I didn't have to do that, but appreciated it. She is all about SERVICE not the almighty dollar. We went in to check it out and bought our granddaughter a personalized CD instead. When we got home, we ordered two more different CDs for our other two granddaughters.
